Let’s keep it simple and transparent — we want you to love what you ordered, but if something’s gone wrong, we’re here to help (with a few important conditions).

Since every Aozora order is made just for you, we sadly can’t accept returns or rejections after dispatch unless it’s damaged or wrong.

Refund for partially paid orders


🚫 We Don’t Accept Returns (Unless It’s Our Mistake!)

We do not offer returns for reasons like “changed my mind” or “not what I expected.”

Once your order is shipped, the delivery process is handled by our courier partner. While we ensure timely dispatch, we do not have control over delivery delays or issues from the courier’s side.

Orders once handed over to the courier 
Replacements are ONLY accepted if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong item

No other returns will be entertained, and we mean that in the nicest way possible.


Partial Payment & Refund policy

Here’s how our partial payment system works:

1. Advance Payment

  • We take 5–20% advance based on your total invoice value.

  • A ₹48 processing charge applies to all partially paid orders.

2. Cancellations

  • Partially paid orders are not cancellable once placed.

  • The advance amount is non-refundable in every case.

3. Rejected Deliveries

  • If the order is rejected or not accepted at delivery, the advance will not be refunded.

4. Reshipping

  • Need the order again after rejection or failed delivery?

  • Reshipping charges will apply.

This keeps things fair and helps cover production and logistics costs.


Replacement Eligibility — What We Need From You

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Let us know within 2 days of delivery

  2. Contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/7385336369.

  3. Share an unboxing video 

    • Outer packaging must be visible

    • Show the issue clearly (damage or incorrect item)

⚠️ We may not process replacements without this video. Think of it as your passport!


Replacements Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • You contact us after 2 days of delivery

  • You don’t provide a complete unboxing video

  • The item is used, tampered with, or not in its original condition

We’re strict here — we hope you understand that it helps us stay fair to everyone.

 


Return & Rejection Policy (for Prepaid Orders):

Since all Aozora products are custom-made or made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or rejections once shipped, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If a prepaid order is rejected at delivery:

  • 2-way shipping charges will not be refunded

  • Packaging charges (as per actuals) will be deducted

  • Platform fees (2%) will not be refunded

  • Convenience fee of ₹50 per product will not be refunded

  • Payment gateway fees (2%) will not be refunded

Refund will be processed within 7–14 days after we receive the returned item.

If you want the order reshipped, all above charges will apply again.


OTP Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered via OTP verification.

Please share your OTP only when you physically receive your parcel.
If the OTP is shared before delivery, the order will be marked as completed.

In such cases, we won’t be able to take responsibility or offer refunds.

While we work with trusted courier partners, we don’t have direct control over local delivery personnel or their actions.

We’ll always raise a complaint with the courier/aggregator (usually Shiprocket) to help resolve the issue, but outcomes may vary.

For your safety, only share OTP after receiving your package.

 


 

Design and Colour discrepancies

Colors may appear slightly different in real life due to screen variations — we aim for the closest possible match.

Designs are adapted across sizes, so minor elements may shift, crop, or expand. The overall look and print quality remain consistent.
